Happy New Year Uall's ! Holy Cow, 2023 sounds like a date from a sci-fi movie. If it ain't raining, this Friday, January 6th, I'm a gonna ride up to Giddings for some red meat at the Santa Fe Steakhouse. The route there will be all freeway: I-10 to Columbus, then take 71 to La Grange, I'll stop at the Shell station for gas and a bathroom break, then head north up 77 to 290 in Giddings then take a left over to the steakhouse. If I don't get lost the route home will be 290 to Burton to Old Mill Creek Road to 36 to Bellville to 529 to the house. For this ride the meet up place will be at the Katy Buc-ee's on the west side of Buc-ee's …
