given the current circumstances I was thinking to host an online connect- it could make for a very productive meeting!

One topic I was thinking we could cover is opportunity zones- as you know this is one of the tools that got deployed in the Tax Act of 2017 and allows investors to get significant tax benefits by investing in determined areas.

It happens to be that a lot of Hudson county's hot spot are opportunity zones!
