This is a spectacular walk along the Croesor valley, eventually climbing steadily up to the pair of slate quarries high up at the head of the valley.
The walk starts and ends at the car park in Croesor village, meeting up at the nearby Oriel Caffi, and then follows the route of the Snowdonia Slate Trail.
