Please join Laura McClean, Meditation Facilitator and Registered Yoga Teacher, for this exciting Meditation Session. Laura will be teaching a monthly session covering different Meditation Techniques.

This month she will cover basic Meditation Techniques including a Relaxation, and a Sensory Meditation.

There can be many benefits from practicing meditation including: relieving stress, reducing pain, fighting depression, improving sleep and increasing overall happiness - just to name a few.
