Desert of Desolation - Week 1

You have been found guilty of a minor crime you most definitely did commit. The punish for this would usually be a fine, public flogging or worst of all a spell in prison but the fates (or corrupt officials?) have not looked kindly on you case and you have been sentenced to exile from the kingdom!

You have been escorted through the mountains to the edge of the Desert of Desolation. Legends speak of this one having been a bounteous and fertile land but now, stretching to the limist or your sight, they gery mounds roll with ashen stillness into the distance, baked by the blazing sun.
