RIDE Plan we ride Ballarat Maryboruogh Hertiage rail trial its a mixed surface ride passing thru towns of Creswick 22km ,Clunes , 47km Talbot 75km then Maryborough 91 km each of these town have a train station which you can return to ballarat ride as far as you like
There are not many trains from Maryborough so will be running on time limit of around 6 hours
Return trains to Melbourne: from Maryborough , 3:20pm

Its a 62 km loop We head up Army rd then Gordan Rd its a gravel rd climb up then Morrison rd/ Dore rd to gembrook for some well earned snack coffee then we head back thru Bunyip state forest its a decent out of Gembrook
Best Suited : MTB or gravel bike. Be self sufficent bring food ,tools, spare tubes x2 ,pump etc.
