I am a facilitator of Sound Baths. A sound Bath is a group experience. You will be immersed in the beautiful healing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. The sound Bath usually lasts about one hour. Relax and revive, body mind and soul. This is a healing and meditative experience.
