EDIT: Ignore that, I found a way to insert an index by Genre and Year right into the PDF.

Even better, I consolidated the most popular songs from the Livermore book into Version 5 of the Pleasanton book, and made the page numbers in the index clickable. Last change to the book, at least until September!
