Musk has described himself as a “free-speech absolutist,” and that content on Twitter should not be censored much past the the law.Last week, after completing his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter, Musk tweeted: “Comedy is now legal on Twitter.”
In April, Musk said: “I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means.”
Should I disagree with Musk I may just stop you talking at any time during the meeting. (mike)

Just words

In the beginning was the word! - so it is claimed.Words are both weapons and shields but what of their meaning to you and to another. Can you like Humpty make them mean whatever you want to mean both for yourself and others. About 7,000 day is a quoted use rate but how can you target them with precision if the recipient just sidesteps every time. Bring as many words as you want along on 27th September and use them with precision.

Intuitionism

Intuitionism: Intuitionism is the philosophy that the fundamental, basic truths are inherently known intuitively, without need for conscious reasoning.Some things are just right, and some things are just wrong. How do I know? Because I know. I know that good is good because I know that good is good. I just know, you know? I know because it's obvious. I know because it's intuitive. Intuition is the ability to understand something without conscious reasoning or thought.

I’m proposing a subject that is both topical and a philosophical version of the trolley problem. Coronavirus, could the cure worse than the disease? On the one hand we have the immediacy of saving lives by not overwhelming health services (in developed countries). This still leads to a significant number of deaths albeit the minimum we can achieve during the pandemic. An alternative strategy would be not to shut down the economy but take the hit on numbers using say a utilitarian approach. What is it to be Human?Increasingly decisions are being made in Transport, Health and Weaponry for humans but not by humans. Are ethics and morals characteristics only for humans or for other sentient beings?
Is belief and religion a necessary stage in a developmental process or could alternative intelligences emerge having learned from predecessors?
