Wirral Amblers was founded in June 2014 and moved to DownToMeet in May 2021.
Today we will do an amble along the pavement to the entrance to the woodland and then at the furthest point we will turn and retrace our steps and down to the cafe. It isn't a long amble, just something fairly easy to get us back in the routine of simple outdoor walks and then to the Brown Bears cafe at the end for a drink.
*I checked this out and found myself faced with three cows at the gate !
As friendly as they were I'm not entering fields with animals and so this amble has been amended to meet in the same place but enter the woods at the far end and when we reach the field we will turn around. I also visited the Brown Bear …
